OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. Promotion. This Signed Guitar giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Eventshop Inc., 101 Creekside Crossing STE 1700 #386, Brentwood, TN 37027, United States. (the "Sponsor").
3. Announcement. Promotion may be announced via a post by Sponsor on www.instagram.com ("Instagram") or other social media site and will include how to enter, the entry deadline, the drawing date, the prize(s)/value(s) and the eligibility requirements. Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media site utilized by the Promotion or Sponsor.
4. How to Enter. Beginning on September 18, 2025 at 3:00 PM PT through November 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Entry Period"), participants can enter in any of the following manners of entry during the Entry Period:
   
   
   1. Using your web-enabled mobile device, scan the QR code displayed on the Russell Dickerson mem-re cards or screen assets and submit required information; or
   2. Submit an entry form at https://www.eventshop.com/russell-dickerson/register by filling in all required information.
   
   Internet access is required to enter. Mobile device message and data rates may apply. Entrant may be charged by entrant's wireless carrier for participating via a mobile device. It is therefore recommended that entrant consult wireless carrier's pricing plan BEFORE participating via a mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless internet access; and wireless internet access may not be available in all areas.
5. Prize. One Signed Guitar. Total prize value $495.00. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only five (5) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded. The prize will be shipped to the winner at Sponsor's expense, if applicable, to the address provided by winner.
6. Limitations on Entries. Entries must be received by Sponsor by November 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT. You may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant.
7. Eligibility. Open to residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of September 18, 2025, except for employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies and employees of Golf Digest (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Residents of Puerto Rico, the United States Territories and Possessions, and elsewhere are ineligible to enter this Promotion. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
8. Drawing. Sponsor's clock will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion. A random drawing will be conducted on or around November 19, 2025 at 12:00 PM PT by Sponsor to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner will be notified Email or a phone call at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) verify any element of any entry, related materials or entrant's eligibility; (ii) to request additional information; and (iii) to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Promotion, Sponsor or Sponsor's advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule. By entering this Promotion, you agree to provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable to, Sponsor to satisfy the above requirement and winner must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 5 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this Promotion, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
9. Limitation of Liability. By entering this Promotion, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

11. Publicity Rights. Except to the extent otherwise prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion and/or accepting any prize, entrant and/or winner grants to Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns, and those acting under their authority to use, and to authorize others to use, her/his name, likeness, and biographical information throughout the world in all media now known or hereafter existing and in perpetuity for any lawful purpose (including but not limited to advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotion of Sponsor, the Promotion, other sponsor promotions, the products and services associated with Sponsor and the Promotion, and for all their internal business purposes) without further compensation, permission, or right of approval.
12. Winners List. For the name of the prize winner, available after 11/14/2025, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: [101 Creekside Crossing STE 1700 #386, Brentwood, TN 37027] no later than thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Promotion.
13. Administration of Promotion. These Official Rules may be updated as deemed necessary by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the announcement or publication of the Promotion, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, Instagram, or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail received, any change of email address and/or telephone number of any entrants, typographical errors, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls or any other mistake. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion if it determines in its sole discretion that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other "force majeure" event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
14. Governing Law and Venue. You accept that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Williamson County, Tennessee, and you hereby waive any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. The State of Tennessee law, without reference to Tennessee's choice of law rules, shall govern the Promotion and all aspects related thereto.
